I have now secured an arrangement for the Immigration Officers from the Malaysian High Commission (Canberra) to come to Adelaide to do Passport renewals, registration of baby births and other documents.
The dates of their visit will be Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 April. If you have any documentation requirements, please email to me and advise the following:
1. Full names of all the persons requiring documentation.
2. Type(s) of documentation required.
Note: As a general rule a passport can be renewed only if it has less than 6 months validity left on the date of the application.
If you know of anyone else who needs the documentation service, please ask them to email me in person at aiv@aiv.com.au.
Appointments must be made with me so that I can co-ordinate the officers’ timetable.
When I have received the requests I will set up an appointment time and date and forward the appropriate instructions.
Please do not take this as a regular visit by the Immigration Officers. Future visits will depend on how many people require their services and also other factors.
